01 / Refer. Submit required referral documentation by the listed email or fax channels.

02 / Verify & schedule. Benefits verification usually takes 3–4 business days, followed by an online calendar link provided by our scheduling team.

03 / Evaluate & document. Our therapists complete individualized documentation following the evaluation. Timing varies depending on clinical complexity and receipt of necessary information from the ATP and other care partners.

Flexible evaluation settings may include the patient's home, DME facility, physician office, residential facility, or supplier clinic day.

Our licensed therapists prepare patient-specific clinical evaluations and documentation based on each individual's needs. We do not use generative AI to draft our clinical evaluation reports.
